Weigh In #4 on Weight Watchers

I was totally apprehensive about stepping on the scale this morning. I got brave and ate almost all of my weekly points this week, including a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a medium fries last night. That still left me with a lot of points to use, so had a rather large snack before bed of 1 cup shell-on pistachios and a Rice Krispie treat. I was stunned to see the scale down a few more lbs for the week! In 4 weeks, I've lost 10 lbs. emoticon

I'll be able to wear that new, too-small coat for sure at this rate! I tried it on yesterday and did find it to be a little less tight. It's no where near as room as I plan to make it, but it's neat that I can already sense a change. My wardrobe is currently full of clothing I can wear and not sense any sort of change in for quite some time. I prefer loose clothing. But this coat helps me FEEL the weight gone. Love it!
