Checking in on progress for Fall into Fitness BLC challenge goals....

Disheartened by my consistency this past week. Not feeling great and pressure mounting a bit at work meant a week of non progress.
My goals were:
Hang my favorite jeans up in my bathroom and try them on weekly.
Track food daily ..... very inconsistent with this and when I don't track calories get out of control
Wear Body Media daily ... great progress here and truly enjoying activity feedback
8000+ steps daily On days when I do my cardio I sail by this goal, on non exercise days my average is closer to 5500
20 minutes cardio (jog/bike) and 10 minutes strength training 5x week ... started out strong here. Need to be very consistent in the next few weeks to meet the 100 mile ITC challenge and I want that one.
Plan/eat healthy lunches with some protein ... not being proactive with lunch planning, which means late afternoon over eating for me
Stay sparking with my pink panthers daily .... loving being a part of Pink Panther team. The ITC are keeping me going despite limited results...... Thanks Pinkies.
Plan my time and work my plan to minimize stress..... sigh
Stay balanced with work and life by making choices without guilt ... little better I think
I have lost 4 pounds.... just need to keep focused on my healthy eating and exercise. Get on with it girl!
JUST FOR TODAY....
5k on the treadmill by 9 a.m.
healthy breakfast/brunch with family
drink 6 glasses of water
check in on the ITC relay challenge tonight and do it (so rack up those relay challenges Pinkies!)
clean house for 1 hour with family
pin on quilt
cook healthy new recipe for dinner
read inspirational book
start book for reading club
update grades for school
