How Bad Do You Want It?

To move beyond thinking, wishing, hoping, and dreaming and actually commit to do something about it?

To take that first scary step because you're not sure where it's going to lead?

To be patient, as hard as that might be especially in this day and age of instant gratification?

Enough to start?

It will take planning, dedication, and hard work.

It will be 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

You will have good days, great days, bad days, and days when you feel like you can no longer do this but you keep going because you want to do this more than you want to give in to the pressure.

There will be new concepts, ideas, coping skills, strategies, and defense mechanisms to learn so that you have the necessary tools to keep going.

Goals will have to be revised when they are reached so that you have incentive to maintain them.

It will be one of the best things you've ever done for yourself.

How bad do you want it?

    Honestly, I want to want it bad enough not to sabatage mself. The truth is though, (and I need to turn around and look the evil beast straight in the eye or it will ambush me from behind) my fear of change may be stronger than my resolve to change.

Today, Fear I choose to see you and not let you stop me from being the best I can be!
