so I've been working out, not as much as I would like, but I'm doing a lot more than I have been doing. Insanity kicks my ass. I can barely do the warm ups, but I'm getting better. My legs are toning up at least, now the rest of me has to follow suit eventually lol. To be honest, I wish I was more focused on my health and more constant with my workouts. Yes, I'm doing insanity but I should really be doing it at set times every day (minus one day for rest). I need to try to focus more on my eating also. I said I was going to cut back on bread, but a lot of my favorite foods are breaded! I need to look for healthy stuff to take to work with me.

Also, a brief thing about Jackals of Anubis, my paranormal team, the fate of it's existence is hanging in the balance. There's a couple of people that I feel aren't exactly dedicated to the group and I just feel as though we would be better off with out them. I'll still have a team but the name will change if JOA falls apart. :/

    Consider starting out with oven-fried foods. The breading is lighter and there is very little fat.
