This morning I attended a 4 hour daycare training class. (I am required to have 18 hours each year). Sometimes it feels like a waste of my time, because it is the same thing so much and after 28 years of daycare I could teach the class myself. Oh well. During the break I spent 5 minutes climbing up and down the stairs to get some exercise in.

This afternoon I took an hour nap. I have been frustrated lately because I have been feeling tired again. After the nap, I spent an hour working on a memory quilt (one of the ones I am making from my grandparents clothes). This one is called The Hen and Her Chicks and I am making 52 nine patches.

After supper, my husband and I took a 45 min walk and that was my exercise for the day.

My quote today is from the Chronological Life Application Study Bible. I started reading in Judges today. This is from the note on Judges 1:2ff.
--"Although the goal was in sight, they lacked the discipline and energy to reach it....We may know what to do but don't just follow through....Victory comes from living according to His purpose and from being willing to fully obey Him."

I know what to do to lose this weight, but sometimes I just don't discipline myself to follow through. I want to be fully willing to be disciplined in doing what I need to.

Great blog! Discipline is what I lack, too! You have got a lot more than me, though! Well, we can figure it out this week then buckle down Saturday for the 8 wk challenge, eh?!
Oh yeah, about that class........maybe you should look into being the teacher! You might get a few bucks out of it if it's not too hard to get into that position!
Do you know why you are feeling tired? Is it dietary? You got a bug? Maybe it's just time for a B-12 shot? Just not sleeping? How are doing with your night breathing? Whatever it is, I do hope you are able to rectify it!
Have a super day, my friend! ((HUGS))

Sorry you needed a nap, but glad you took one! Love your quote for today! It is so true that we often know what we need to do, but just don't do it. (I gave in to cake with cream cheese frosting 3 days in a row last week...ugh!) I hope you have a good week!
