Wk 130 Weigh In

Saturday, October 05, 2013

This was a pretty boring week for me. I've been feeling a little under the weather, not sick really, just feeling kind of "blah". I don't have much to report this week because I haven't really done much.

I had a small loss this week, would have liked more, but until I quit screwing up my diet I'm not going to have a decent loss. But it's still better than posting another gain this week!

Weight : 212.6
Lost : 0.4
Total : 107.4

Not much, less than half a pound lost. I may be jaded, but to me anything less than 1.0 lb lost is like doing nothing at all. Especially when I factor in the fact that right now I am about 5 lbs higher than my lowest weight reached.

But I will continue to soldier on as I have done for 2.5 years now.

I hope everyone's weekend has been good so far :)

Great job on the loss bro! no matter how small it is. I hope you start feeling better soon. I know what you mean by not sick but just kinda worn down. Maybe a small weekend away to recharge the batteries?

I've had to realize what a HUGE part of this journey is diet. I know you will "solider on," just like you always have!!

I think I've said this before, but IMO the fact that you are consistently posting these honest blogs is one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself. For that I congratulate you! Keep up the good work :)

Well you said it, at least it's not a gain. I know how you feel about a perceived lack luster result though, you know I've blogged about it a few times.

    Hmmm,
Well, what can I say ...
You didn't participate in my 3 for 7 challenge, now did ya? emoticon

OK, so neither did I ... And, yeh, so what if I deleted it cuz it was lame - If you had just taken that challenge you'd probably have dropped 10 pounds this week - Especially if you'd also taken my advice about Mountain climbing.

Oh veil ... best not be too hard on ya. You have probably learned a good and valuable lesson here - Like, listen to me from now on. emoticon

Anyway, congrats on that measly less than a 1/2 pound weight loss. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

All right my friend, first keep this in perspective. You are doing a lot right given that you didn't lose any ground. That's much better than a lot of people are doing in this country. What would it take to make this a super good week for you? Is there one more good habit that you can add in this week that will take you over the hump? I call it the break the camel's back in reverse principal. If you've got everything going for you so that you are maintaining well, then it may only take one more thing to put you back into successful weight loss. What is that one thing you need to do yet? You are so close to success. You can break through. We are rooting for you.
