What a nice day

I worked on "the closet" this morning trying each item on and depositing it in Hannah home or friend pile. I am giving it all away. I am appalled at how many pair of pants I have in size 18 and 16. Especially after I got clothes out of the attic and had more of the same sizes. I guess I was just hoping that size would fit! By 9:00 am I had tackled 75% of the job. I called my friend and we went to Oxfordfest a fall arts and crafts festival nearby. We stayed in town till 2pm. We had a nice lunch at Panera Bread and then Hobby Lobby. I found some excellent fabric to make a great niece's baby girl blanket. When I got home I got to sew on it, and have the Carpenters star I am making with it all laid out and ready to sew the strips together. My husband was gone all day to hunt camp and when he got home we grilled and then went down and spent time with the dogs. They are our babies. Two boxers Max and Chloe and a dashound Callie. I'm for the shower next to wash off the smelly dog odor. These babies need baths tomorrow!
Was a really good day first alone, then a friend, finishing it off with my hubby. Feeling good and got a lot done! Hope you had a great day.
