I'm doing much better today. I have done yesterday and today's workouts, as well as tomorrow's Skinny jeans challenge workout (plan is to run 9 miles tomorrow, so I did the additional 10 min kickboxing to make up for yesterday.) It should all balance in the end. I'm disappointed that I didn't hit my calories burned goal for the week (missed it by 200) but I need to keep reminding myself that I'm just getting back into it and I don't want to hurt myself. This coming week will hopefully find me a bit stronger.

My calories eaten will be a bit higher today, partly because I started my day earlier than usual and partly because I know I have a long run in the morning. Hopefully I won't go over by too much, but even still I've made good choices so far today. The only goal I might not hit is my water, but I'm working on it.

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-15k run
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10:30
