I have lost 45lbs but I have been stuck for a bout a month still tracking still working out for at least an hour a day with 2 days of rest in the week. I know alot has been going on in my life that if it wasn't for spark people I'd be right back up to near 200lbs. But reading the articles and tracking and even working out yes working out has really helped my stress levels. I have been maintaining this weight but not loosing it has been alittle frustrating, but maybe once the STRESS (worry) of my life goes away, the weight will start coming off too. But again I am so grateful to all the wonderful blogs, articles, quotes and videos that have kept me sane during this time in my journey. Way to go sparkfriends.
