Breakfast was two low fat eggos topped with chobani orange vanilla yogurt and chopped walnuts. I also had some hot apple cider. I made a good choice for the topping of the waffles but I should have opted for hot tea instead of cider.
Lunch is planned to be two bean and beef tostadas (homemade) and a salad.
---- Didn't happen. DH wanted to go to a local sandwich shop instead. I made an alright choice but should of probably had a salad.
Dinner is homemade mushroom pesto pizza and salad.
Water and tea combined 96oz at least.
