Week One Wrap Up

I achieved all my goals on Thursday: stayed in my nutrition ranges, ate my freggies, got in some strength training, and did 90 minutes of cardio.

I was rewarded with a zinger headache at 4 a.m., so I drank some tea and slept more. I was late for work, but the headache receded for most of the day. I had dinner and was in bed by 6 p.m. and was out until 3 a.m. this morning. My husband is a light sleeper, so we chatted for a bit until I dozed again until 6 a.m.

The clean eating challenge is going pretty well. I'm not being really strict about it. I'm just getting started and the challenge is really working to keep me more mindful about my food choices.

My weigh in day is tomorrow, but today, I'm down almost two pounds for the week. I'm pretty pleased about that and the 300 + fitness minutes that I did. Woohoo!

Did you see the 30 Day Fit Food and the Skinny Jeans spark challenges? I enrolled in both of them. I plan on using the super foods list for meal planning next week.
