Week 3 Progress

Current Weight: 195...So still stuck at 195 lbs but have noticed changes in my body. The Fat in my abdominal area is decreasing and abs are slowly forming. The Leslie Sansone Walking DVD's I have been doing are helping decrease the fat! I have been exercising consistently and eating healthier, but still need to work on my portion control and staying away from desserts.
