Time gets away

So I bogged Sept. 30th. Things get in the way of Sparking right now so I'm not going to apologize, say I will do better, or make promises I may not be able to keep. In WEIGHT WATCHERS again so I do have a back up program I'm participating in. I plan at least a 45 minute hike today so hopefully I will get my exercise in. I do realize interacting with other on this site in very important. Hang in there.

    I don't think it blogging here or spending time on the chat threads or tracking your food and exercise is what it is all about. For me the "What it is all about" is keeping myself focused on my goal of building/entrenching "GOOD" habits that support my ultimate goal of a "Healthy Life-Style" !! The by-product of my good habits for my healthy life-style will be: A slimmer me AND a healthier me AND a me that makes better choices 99% of the time.
    That said, the tracking and the connecting with a supportive team will help me keep my focus on building my "Healthy Choice" habits.
