I am glad that the week is over. It was a difficult one. Fortunately it ended quietly. Yesterday was a good day. I didn't have a lot of motivation, and only did minimal exercise but I did do something.
I made some yummy vegetable soup. It had carrots, Kale, bok choy, and onions. I threw in a lot of seasonings and even some hot pepper. My plan this week is to have soup or salad with every dinner. I am going to leave the carb cycling plan for now and may come back to it later on. I think it's good to mix things up.
Today will be Halloween decorating day. I will start putting up my Halloween village, which usually takes a couple of days, and then tomorrow do the rest of the decorating.
