Yesterday I partly tracked food - spent most of the day on the run and didn't follow through with what I started. But at least I tried. And I upped the water to 6 cups which definitely helped me feel better and sleep without cramps.
Another busy day ahead trying to get as much work done on the cottage as possible before leaving on our trip tomorrow morning. Sooooo looking forward to it, but watching the storm tracker. Looks we will head north before Karen reaches us.
