7 day no dessert challenge

I've picked up a few bad snacking habits and it is starting to show n the scale, and in my moods. To try and stop my sugary habits I have decided to cut desserts for a week. Now, I don't usually cut anything - I am all about balance - but this is a bad problem and I think that for me the best way to kick the habit is to get used to not eating sweet things. So for 7 days no
- chocolate
- dessert
- cake
- cookies
- juice

Today was day one and it went well, apart from eating the marshmallows that came with my coffee because I put them in out of habit.

    What reward will you give yourself after doing it for a week? A new book? A new top? You should think of something...
    Also, your palette needs to readjust to less sweet things. Fruit will fill in nicely for a "sweet fix" at the end of a meal. When do strawberries come into season for you??

    You can do this!
    For my daily chocolate fix I put a tablespoon of baking cocoa in my coffee. Yum! And I use fruit as my dessert--it cleanses the palate, too. Then I go floss/brush.
