I've picked up a few bad snacking habits and it is starting to show n the scale, and in my moods. To try and stop my sugary habits I have decided to cut desserts for a week. Now, I don't usually cut anything - I am all about balance - but this is a bad problem and I think that for me the best way to kick the habit is to get used to not eating sweet things. So for 7 days no
Today was day one and it went well, apart from eating the marshmallows that came with my coffee because I put them in out of habit.
