Today was to be rice and tomatoes, couldn't make rice in the morning, so ended up making it a protein and carb day.
Had grilled tofu and a hard boiled egg for lunch. Will have brown rice and tomatoes for dinner. Have never had brown rice before, let alone cook it, not looking forward to it.
Today was not so good as the last 4 days have been, for some reason, but will stick it out, there are only 2 more days to go.
Though am proud of myself, that have not cheated even once in these 5 days.
Weighed myself in the morning and have dropped only 4.5 pounds since starting this diet, was hoping to have lost like 6 pounds
