Trying again - had this written up, then it disappeared.

This was very applicable today. This morning, I hit the snooze and didn't really want to get up and exercise. But I did and I am glad I did. I also decided mid-morning that I was going to start doing the 15 min Oxycise routine each day too. It is something that I can do while the kids are playing. Then this afternoon, while I was ironing I marched in place. I want to really step up my daily exercise routine. I have plenty of DVD's and I want to sit down and make out a plan - that is a goal for this weekend.
