I Walked Because I Had My Tracker On.

Friday, October 04, 2013

I was short on steps today, so I ran out after dinner just as it was getting dark and put in a mile of walking. Without the Spark Activity Tracker, I wouldn't have bothered, so I guess that's worth getting it right there!

I felt so discourage about wearing my activity tracker today because yesterday I was wearing it all day as I walking around the house doing chores, walking on tread mill at 4.0, run at 5.1 and 5.6 for a half hour and also went out for a walk 45-50 minutes at 4.0 pace. The light lit fully and I was excited, but when I checked my spark account it didn't show. So I don't know whether something went wrong with battery or the syncpoint because when I plug it into my computer it didn't light up green or red. I reinsert it couple more times, still it didn't light up. Since my steps didn't show in my spark account therefore I have no idea how many step I made and calories I've burn. I feel so discourage today and didn't wear it although I exercised. As you read my message would you please tell me why and what I didn't do or did wrong with syncpoint?
