Didn't do so good with my goals today, but I guess 3/5 isn't terrible. I had planned to workout after school, but my boyfriend got home from his hunting trip 2 days earlier than expected. I ended up reading for awhile after work and chatting with him and never did my workout. As much as I like having him home, in many ways I was looking forward to my weekend alone. I will make up for it tomorrow though. Still not drinking enough water either. I just forget to do it, especially when I'm working. For dinner we had Friendly's...not the best choice, but I ate less than I usually do. All in all, the day was kind of a wash. Need to refocus and catch up tomorrow.
Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-5k run, 2 days of skinny jeans challenge, 10 min SP cardio video
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
in bed by 11
