my new favorite

My new favorite food, Green Tea. I originally posted that it was a 15 calorie snack, but the one w/o mango is zero calories! I ran out yesterday and wasn't planning on going to the store until Tuesday. DH and I are playing survivor and I always want to outplay and outlast. Don't know if I can make it without the tea! I have found it to be so helpful in curbing my appetite, but check out all these other benefits:

Try it, you really might like it. Hope you already love it like I do!

Thanks so much for posting this, I knew it was helpful in a lot of ways, but not in the way I need it most-cholesterol. I'll be having my tea every day several times a day now. Thanks again.

Thanks for motivation to get sippin'! I have a large box but it's been sitting there for a couple of years. "Playing survivor?" What's that? Sounds like a lot of fun! emoticon
