First off, thanks to my friends for the concern as to my recent absence. I am still around just not very active. This broken toe has gotten me into a bit of a slump. Putting shoes on causes pain so that limits some of my workouts. Even barefoot for TaeKwonDo causes swelling and soreness in my foot. So I have basically been doing nothing, except eating and biding my time. And yes, unfortunately, the lack of exercise and junk food I have been eating have added a few pounds back. But I am not upset or discouraged by this. I know that it is only a matter of time, another week or two, before I am back to 100% for all of my workouts. Then I will pay better attention to my diet as well. I will not spiral out of control.
