... Quick update: this is P90X Week 4... active rest week and that's exactly what I have been doing.
Here is what I have been up to:
M - Thurs:
AM/PM walking for 2 hours
My eating has been good, but I am working on little improvements here & there. I don't feel that I have lost anything yet, and this is most likely due to what and how I am eating, however, I don't know "exactly" what is going on with that yet!
... so you could say that I am "still a work in progress!" ... I may not be making progress like I would like to "right now", but rest assured I am not giving up!
P90X Week 5: Phase II begins Monday, October 7th... "I will be there!"
