~ ... P90X Rest week update ~

Friday, October 04, 2013

... Quick update: this is P90X Week 4... active rest week and that's exactly what I have been doing.

Here is what I have been up to:

M - Thurs: emoticon AM/PM walking for 2 hours

My eating has been good, but I am working on little improvements here & there. I don't feel that I have lost anything yet, and this is most likely due to what and how I am eating, however, I don't know "exactly" what is going on with that yet! emoticon

... so you could say that I am "still a work in progress!" ... I may not be making progress like I would like to "right now", but rest assured I am not giving up! emoticon

P90X Week 5: Phase II begins Monday, October 7th... "I will be there!"

I'm tweaking too. Trying to clean out the cabinets and get rid of the type of foods I don't need to eat any more.

    Cute doggie photo :)
I find accurately tracking my food and fitness works well. You can then consult a summary showing if you are indeed burning more calories then you are consuming over a week. Sparkpeople's tools are great for illustrating how you are doing over time.
Good luck with your next round of P90X!!
