Sorry I have been AWOL lately.... I have been off the wagon now for about three weeks. Sheesh! I felt better for about two days after all of the stress when my inlaws were here, then a week ago, I got a stupid cold. I am feeling better now but since I got the cold, I have been ravenous and eating too much. My husband says it is psychological, but I really feel HUNGRY. Oh well...

I know what I need to do to get back on track. I'll be honest and say I really don't want to do it... but I will. I admit I like stuffing my face and being lazy. But I know it is not good for me. I need to get back to making my daily goal lists and following through. Also I need to get back into the Spark scene and reconnect with my buddies and such.

Here is my list for today:

Go for a walk in the pm
No junk food
Drink at least 6 glasses water
Track my food
List all of the reasons I started on this journey

Okay, I feel slightly better just blogging.
I hope everyone is doing great and not as off-kilter as me!
