I really have had the best intentions over the last couple of days, for all the good it has done for me. Every time I step on the scale it shows how careless I have been.
I keep telling myself that today will be a better eating day, then it derails for one reason or another. I just can't seem to get a handle on my cravings and food intake! HELP!!
Please let the weekend be better for food intake and exercise outtake!! I need to get back on the straight and narrow and quit cheating on myself!!
