Day 187 - Finally Losing Weight!

I finally lost a half a pound! So excited!!! emoticon

After I sprained my foot 3 weeks ago, I ended up gaining 4 pounds. Boo... emoticon

I have started working my tail off this past week that I managed to shed those 4 pounds and this morning another half pound! Yay!!! emoticon

I am 29 pounds down! 1 more pound to reach the 30 pound goal! emoticon

But I still have more to go... emoticon

    You are so inspiring! I've been sick and so my workouts have been limited to mile walks at lunch a few times a week but now I think I'm finally ready to get back in the action and I hope I'm right behind you with the weight loss! emoticon
