What's Up With Miss B? - Week 133

4th weekend of shows, here we come! Tickets are selling extremely fast and we've even had to add an additional show.

Back to 200lbs Challenge STILL On! 26 days to go!

Nutrition = Been tracking since 9/30 and am staying in my ranges. The weekend of course is the biggest challenge, but I feel like I can do it.

Water Intake = Excellent.

Exercise = None because I'm a lazy so and so.

Clothing Fit, Inches Lost = I can't really tell anymore, hopefully I will soon.

Stress Level/Exhaustion = This week was hell. I don't think I've passed a day without sobbing or yelling angrily. I'm going through an extremely rough patch right now and am doing my best to hold on. I look forward to healing and getting the tools I need to cope with what life throws at me.

What I'm Grateful For:

Theatre. Seriously, it has saved my life numerous times and makes me extremely happy. I am GRATEFUL to be able to be around like minded talented people and perform. It's as much a part of me as breathing and I'm absolutely grateful.
