In my last blog I was explaining how I have decided to track my calories in and out like you would deposits and withdrawals from a bank. I've had a few people message me asking for the details so here they are. I took a blank check register and I basically have 3 entries per day 1 for calories in that's my total calories eaten that day a second for calories out that's my calories burned through exercise and my BMR calories that's the amount I burn on a daily basis just existing lol. each week gets a page and then hopefully by the end of the week I will end up with a deficit of 3,500. I have two days in and I've noticed a difference already I pushed myself last night to do an extra workout so I would have more calories to deduct from my balance, and last night when I was going to eat another cookie before bed I remembered I'd have to add it and changed my mind. I'll give it a few weeks and see what happens for now I'm enjoying working out again after taking most of the month of September off I am sore all over today and it feels so good!
