Okay, so I still haven't had time to type up a "proper" blog entry, so this will have to do for now :P

Thursday is my "day of rest" in terms of walking, but on Monday I started walking around the building/part of the parking lot here at work. Just the building alone is .5 mi, so it's easy to add onto the walk, and I figure any walking is good walking - plus, I LOVE the increase in energy that I get after any kind of workout emoticon I might have also found a co-worker to walk with who has a slightly expanded route, and who also had Thursday off from working (she has a WW meeting that day), so it would be nice to have the company to help keep me at it emoticon

I have my 2nd/followup appointment with the Nutritionist this coming Monday. By then I will have 2 full weeks' worth of logging my food here on SP, so I look forward to showing them to her and getting her insight in how I can modify/improve on how I've been eating.

I also had something else I was initially going to post about, but of course I got to chatting with a co-worker and completely forgot it, lol, so I'll post about it later if I can remember it and still think it's worth posting emoticon
