Goals for the Fall Season: In Summary

For the next three months (October, November, and December), I have a goal of weight training three times a week.

I also have a goal of only weighing myself twice a month.

    Super goal! Some unsolicited advice - once you start weight training, don't stop. Of all the things I did in my 30's and 40's, that was the one thing that I believe helped me maintain my weight. Muscle burns so much faster than fat!!
