I decided last week (I think) that I was only going to weigh in on Friday's. Of course I would obsessively weigh throughout the week but only count Fridays. Well this week I didn't have time to weigh throughout the week so today is the first day i've actually done it. No change in weight, AT ALL. Are you kidding me?! Granted this week has been crazy busy and I haven't had time to walk like I normally would. But that's just making excuses.
And some oddness....every time I weigh....the scale always says something .8 what the hell? Can't I be anything besides .8? I want to be like .2 or .5 but no, not me, I'm always .8. I know, stupid thing to be upset about.
I bought 2 workout dvd's yesterday. I can't remember what they are off the top of my head.... 3 Minute slim down - slim fitness and total body fitness. At least now I'll have something to do in my house without having to go all the way to town to walk. Maybe it will make a difference.
