Chugging along

First things first. I went for my orthopedic visit yesterday and had xrays done. Said my ankle is healing. It definitely doesn't hurt as bad as when I saw him 3 weeks before but sometimes it will ache. I feel like it's way better and I'm just anxious to get past this. So I have to go back in another 3 weeks for another set of xrays. Plus I go in on Monday to have an initial visit with a physical therapist, which honestly, I think is a little unnecessary, but I'll go. From there it will be determined how many times a week/how many weeks I need to go. I'm hoping for 1 time a week! LOL

I'm still doing the exercise bike 3 days a week. I'm feeling pretty great that I can accomplish that. I think I burn more calories than I do doing anything else! I measured and I lost another 1/2 an inch in my waist and another 1/2 inch in my hips. Total of an inch each. I was really happy because the scale hasn't really moved much, but I have lost a total of 3 pounds. I guess it's just slow!

    Wow, I think that you are doing great - inches lost are a better measure I think because that means that you are getting FITTER!
