Good morning/Afternoon. And Happy Friday everyone. Hope everyone has good plans for the weekend even if that means not doing much at all.
This has been a great week. I made it to the gym every day starting on Monday. Haven’t done that in awhile. Today I will be walking home from work. Tomorrow my son has a cross country meet and while I won’t be attending, I will let him drive to his school. I plan to ride my bike to the gym. Hit spinning class in the morning. Then ride my bike out to the school to pick up my car. So, this will be 2 days of some longer endurance exercise. Today will be about 80 minutes of walking and tomorrow will be close to 2 hours on a bike seat both at the gym and then my ride. I will even work in some real hills on that ride.
Sunday may be a day of rest though. Or I may take a short walk with my little one and the puppy just to get some good minutes in. So, while I have gone over on my calories every day, I have been tracking and have gotten my fitness minutes in. More than gotten them in since I will hit the 250 minute mark already. Wow, that added up fast!
So, other than my youngest going to a friends for the night and most of tomorrow and my son being at his meet all day, then to a friend’s tomorrow night for a movie, it will be a good weekend with the kids. Now if only the Bengals don’t flop on Sunday against the Patriots I will be a happy man. Lol. I doubt we win, but I hope they look better than last week.
