Not doing a lot better, but trying.
We've been busy, busy, busy, and I comfort myself that some of the exercise I'm getting doing hard work (construction, etc.) helps compensate for my poor eating habits. Not really.
Plan for the day:
Breakfast: Yogurt and apple
Lunch: Soup and sandwich
Dinner: Pot roast and salad
Snacks: Banana and grapes
I've noticed that since I haven't been tracking food and water I have not been drinking as I should. Definitely changing that today if nothing else!
We're heading out of town for a few days - hubby has an appointment at UAB on Monday so we are going up a day early to visit with grandkids and then we'll head to Desoto state park to spend a couple of days in a log cabin. Looking forward to some quiet time.
