Yesterday I had all the best intentions to get out of bed, exercise, eat well and be over all awesome. But when I woke after a night from mommy hell (which crazy baby sleeps no longer than 45 minutes all night long for 3 nights in a row?!) I had a migraine and was out of commission all day long. Baby boops and I laid on the couch playing candy crush and napping. It was good for our souls to spend a cuddle day together.
I ate very well considering how ill I was. I had yogurt and fruit for breakfast, an egg and leftover bread for lunch and a roasted butternut quiche for dinner. I had small portions and felt so light this morning. I'm glad I logged my weight as a loss on wednesday because this morning I'm still 249. I'm looking forward to logging a loss again this week.
TOM should be departing and so such some extra water weight.
Today I'm feeling much better and have already done my exercise, two loads of laundry, put dinner in the crockpot and a little cleaning too. Boom. On Wednesday I was hoping to hit 20 incline pushups and a 30 second modified plank hold...
Well! I sorta kinda did it! 20 incline pushups

But since I slipped out of form, I did a second set to see how long I could hold and I added another 8 seconds. I'm stronger than I think I am. I forget this. I also rocked some below parallel squats and marched in place for a few minutes. All in all 10 minutes work out done! Tomorrow I'm aiming for 25 incline pushups and a 36 second plank hold.
And in other news, my baby is 5 months old as of yesterday. Be still my beating heart!
