Hip Hop Abs

Just got Hip Hop Abs today--am excited to try something new--I am still walking 2 miles a day--at 15 mins per mile--changed my dinners to salads that consist of Kale, Baby Spinach, Cucumbers, White mushrooms, Raw Broccoli, Avocado, fresh squeezed lemon & lime, drizzled with Olive oil--Clean healthy eating is the best!!

    I loaned my hip hop abs that I bought without even trying it first. I was doing the "Insanity" workout so I didn't feel the need to hold on to it since she wanted to try it. I need to get it back! lol

How do you like it? Is it a long workout?

  my friend and I did Hip Hop Abs yesterday for our first day back in our buddy workouts. I actually did all of week one on my own. I felt the difference and actually liked the videos. After a few days though I chose to put the music on even louder instead of normal. HOpe you like them as much as us. Good luck!!!!
