I bought this book quite awhile ago. I just got around to reading it. I am finding out some things I did not know about body chemistry and how we can use it to remain overweight or to become healthier.
The easy to understand funny diagrams are very informative!
I learned to eat 6 nuts before a meal to get a certain chemical made so the brain thinks I am full. Ureka!
