Since Monday, today is the first day I have craved something sweet. I looked back at my food log and realized I haven't been eating enough carbs. So I ate an apple and peanut butter, had ravioli for dinner and it seems to have satisfied my sweet tooth. YAY. I usually have wine with dinner, or an after dinner drink or both, so this week I have not had any alcohol and think this will really help in my weight loss. A couple of drinks sure packs on the calories! My goal is to not have a drink until a Halloween party I am attending on the 19th.
