Get up off your lazy but and get working on this.

Get your crap together and start tracking your foods.

Stop being so mind lazy and start working toward a decent goal.

START now, not tomorrow, not the weekend, not next week, NOW !!!!

DEAR SELF - if you do not start now, you will be in bigger trouble, have more health issues AND will still have clothes in your closet you can't wear .... get busy ... get it right ... NOW ....

Just tonight I told that stupid craving for candy to kiss my big toe. I thought I would keel over with longing for some candy, but I made it through.
