You have been slacking too long now, your weight has gone up and its time you got it together and tackled this.

Get up off your lazy but and get working on this.

Get your crap together and start tracking your foods.

Stop being so mind lazy and start working toward a decent goal.

DEAR SELF - if you do not start now, you will be in bigger trouble, have more health issues AND will still have clothes in your closet you can't wear .... get busy ... get it right ... NOW ....
