So much to think about when you are looking at making a complete overhaul on your lifestyle. Where to even begin?!?!?!
Well, I have been spending some time looking at meal plans and exercise routines. I am going to focus mainly on my food at first and aim for at least 10 minutes of physical activity a day. I have a three year old so 10 minutes is probably much less than I accomplish on the average day without even realizing that I am exercising! But I know my eating habits are what is really kicking my butt and not letting me reach my goals.
I have been looking at the 30 Day Fit Food challenge and have been thinking that it looks pretty good. Most of the foods in the challenge are things I like or would like to eat more often.
I also have to work on what time of day I eat. I am horrible for snacking late at night. That seems to be when I start craving any and everything under the sun. Time to kick that bad habit in the butt right now!!
There are so many more changes I will be needing to make in the future, once I have settled into my better eating habits, but those are for another day. One step at a time!
