breakfast: 3 blocks
Scrambled eggs made with canola oil instead of butter
fruit

snack: 1 block
string cheese
fruit
peanuts

Lunch: 3 blocks
Healthy Choice Chicken tortilla soup and string cheese

Dinner: 3 blocks
chicken, broccoli, and butter

dessert/snack: 1 block
Cottage cheese and peaches
