As most of you know, I got help from a clinic for a month. I got appetite suppressant's to help feel full and was put on a food plan to follow. I lost 22lbs in the first month, but 9 of the was from the first week due to water weight. I was very proud of that. But that was 2 months ago. I have not lost anything since then. I have managed to maintain my weight, but I do not want to maintain, I want to lose!
I have had some personal things come up, such as planning/hosting my dad's party for 2 months (It was this past Saturday), so that kept me busy. Then trying to plan my son's party that is in a couple weeks and then planning my sisters baby shower the 1st weekend in November. So I have been super busy that I have not been able to really focus on myself 100%. I exercise when I can, and eat the best I can.
This past weekend I have decided that I need to focus on myself more because I need to be happy with ME as well as making others happy. So I am now following the food guide to a T again, I started yesterday and we will see what happens. I do not want to be stuck at 255! I'd really like to lose 10lbs this month, so keep your fingers crossed for me that I can stay focused and reach my goal :)
