Assignments 4 & 5 of the 2013 Fall 5% Challenge pre-challenge assignments has us building a win list for today and tomorrow. Well, for me that is pretty easy to do as I have a daily checklist that is sent to me called a "Flight Plan" set out by the "Flylady" flylady.net/
. It's pretty cool. Everything from my morning routine, loving movement (workout), and bedtime routines are mapped out right there for me. All I have to do is tweak them to match my needs or lifestyle.
A win-win for me!
