Ok, I just had a thought, I know what I can do when I feel a bing oncoming on. I can always get up and put my earphones in and dance, I can do the dishes (I always have dirty dishes, LOL) I can go fold a load of laundry, or I can just sit down and read a little in my Kindle.
There is my list of alternative ideas for binge distraction. This time I will put these things into action.
