I went back to exercise yesterday after my off day. I still have sore muscles, but not as bad as before. Plus, I made better time on my walk yesterday than in previous days. So I'm thinking maybe the off day was good? It's hard to tell.
I also have been taking time off from the scale. The scale and I have had no encounters since Saturday. Tomorrow is my weigh in day, so I will break my anti-scale streak and try it again. I'm a bit nervous about it to be honest. Hopefully it will go well.
