Just Wow

I don't know where to start. I read some of my older blogs looking for inspiration or confirmation. I don't know why I look to the past to find that. In January, I was sluggish, in May I was stoked. Here it is October and I'm in the middle. I'm so excited that today at Weight Watchers I was down 3.2 pounds for the week. I'm down a total of 45.2 pounds since starting with them in January. I just calculated that I have about 28 pounds to go till I get to my goal. How exciting. I'm 2/3 of the way there.
I'm hoping to use the current and the future for my motivation.
I thought I'd hit a plateau for a while, but I shifted my perspective. It wasn't really a plateau after all, it was merely practice at maintaining my weight. Once I get to goal weight I'll have to be able to maintain it for a lifetime. So what some would call plateau, I'm going to call practice. I think I have broken the level period and now can focus on more loss. I'm so excited to see what the next 28 lbs holds for me :)
