So this is the third day of tracking my eating.
10/1 - 1300 cal, 48 protein, 46 fat, 170 carb
10/2 - 1352 cal, 64 protein, 47 fat, 169 carb
Need to watch the protein and get those numbers higher! I did drink a bottle of regular water yesterday. Ugh! The taste is so not there! hehe I will try for two today! Gotta work that up to four which is over 8 cups. :)
Did 15 minutes of walking for both days....need to keep that trend going and try to work it up higher too.
I just don't want to try to do IT ALL as then I will become overwhelmed and drop the ball AGAIN.
