Well, 3 days back at it. Tonight will be a continuous cardio night though, nothing too strenuous. I had a bad night with cramping in the calves after about 45 minutes so I went and cooled down then hit the treadmill to finish up the hour I was wanting. I guess I took too much of a break. But everything feels good and the energy level is good, so all is well. Lol
I have started to see the damage reversed on the scale as well. So, things are going really well. It is dropping in big steps again, but figure that will slow once the added water weight is gone. But it is nice to see.
Other than that, not much happening. Trying to get back on track. I started the spark coach thing, but canít get the audio at work on the videos. Then it seems I am never home to do it in the evenings. So, I need to figure that out in order to give it a fair shake.
