Sweet Tooth Challenge

Yesterday, I joined the sweet tooth challenge. I am looking forward to starting this. My sweet tooth is off the chain. Matter of fact, I am thinking about sweets right this very moment. I had a brownie yesterday. I had two and they were good. The first one was a small one and the other one was a lot bigger. They were both moist and gooey. I am craving a swiss roll right now. I don't know why. I have grapes in the frig, but they are as appealing to me as a swiss roll is right now. LOL I hope this thing helps me get a handle on my sweet teeth, not tooth because I know I have way more than one. emoticon

    Thanks guys for the encouragement. Boy do I need it. I was weak already. I ate an apple pie from mcdonald's. It was one, but still. I am going to try harder at this.

    I've pretty much said no more sweets also, but then sweets isn't my weakness; fast food is! The first couple of days were hard, but then it was nothing. I crave it occasionally, but think I think about my skinny. Stay focused! You can do it!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I guess with time and moderation...you'll be able to limit and wean off the sweets..
